Adult Social Care Learning provides specialist mental health training for adult social care staff.
We are a Skills for Care approved provider of NCFE accredited mental health training for adult residential, adult day, adult domiciliary, and adult community care workers. We enable staff to develop their skills and understanding around supporting mental health and wellbeing within their provision.
The NCFE CACHE Level 2 specialised courses which we deliver cover key aspects of supporting those experiencing mental health conditions, including relevant sector law, advice and guidance around compliance.
What’s more, our three training pathways help to guide meaningful career development. With standard, specialised, and Mental Health Ambassador options, you can ensure that your team are able to meet the present and future needs of your provision.
All courses are authorised for funding grants for non-regulated adult care staff from eligible employers, through the UK Government’s Adult Social Care Learning and Development Support Scheme. As part of your training package, we also provide help and guidance to make the claims process as fast and simple as possible.
